A yearly publication that highlights the college's success and the impact they had in that academic year. The report recognizes the accomplishments of students, alumni, and staff. It provides readers, such as donors and potential investors, with information about NOVA’s operations and performance.
Design
Every image chosen was strategically picked, as it would tie up with the text. This was true, especially in the sections with a staff or student as the spotlight. I also used icons and patterns to direct the readers to key elements and keep them engaged. Each page told a different story, and I wanted to ensure the readers knew. Each page or spread was designed as a standalone. I managed this by playing with the headlines, typography, and color.
Impact
This publication is very important as it informs the Virginia governor and other legislators about NOVA's achievements in the commonwealth. The NOVA community has well received this report, and it has been submitted for multiple award entries.
