Volpe Air is a school project that I wanted to revisit, as I always felt it was incomplete. It was for one of my design classes, and I was only responsible for creating the visuals. I wanted to challenge myself by making it responsive and treating it as if it were for one of my clients.
VolveAir is an award-winning Airline from Italy. They offer domestic flights to all of Italy. The name Volve translates to fox in English. The name Volve was selected because these animals are very fast, and their commitment to their passengers is that they will get their customers to their destination as fast as possible.
Goal
To help me better understand CSS, HTML, and Javascript. Over the years, I have learned HTML and CSS, and I wanted to put it into practice. I knew how they worked, but I wanted to challenge myself by developing a responsive webpage for different screen sizes and with interactive components. I also worked with Javascript on the form and the sandwich menu.
Design
The clever design of this logo shows how the fox changes into the air as it transitions from its head to its tail. I manipulated the san-serif text on the logo to visualize wind. The primary colors are orange and light blue. Orange represents optimism and is the natural color of foxes. Light blue emits trust and responsibility. Additionally, it is the color of the sky.
